Confirm the event-site rules first
Ask whether outside camper delivery is allowed, where the delivery driver should enter, and whether the event has a specific arrival or setup window.
Use 34 feet as the trailer length when checking space rules, then ask about slide-out room, overhead trees, turning clearance, and whether a tow vehicle must stay on site.
If the event is at a fairground, school, festival field, or temporary camping area, confirm the exact hookup setup before assuming it works like a full campground.
Match hookups to the trip plan
Full hookups are simplest because the camper can use normal power, water, and sewer service for the whole stay.
Electric-only sites can still work for some trips, but the renter needs a clear plan for water use, tank capacity, generator rules, and pickup timing.
No-hookup or soft-field sites need extra review before booking because access, leveling, power, and tank limits can make delivery impractical.
Send the details before requesting dates
Include the event name, address, dates, arrival window, site number or section, hookup type, guest count, pet note, and any gate instructions.
If the event organizer has a camper packet or vendor map, send that too so delivery can be checked before payment authorization.
For busy October, November, January, and spring event weekends, request dates as soon as the camping spot is confirmed.
