The direct booking quote is built from the nightly rate, delivery distance, pet fee when applicable, taxes/fees, and a refundable security deposit hold.
How the quote is built
Rental subtotal starts at $100 per night before any longer-stay discount.
Delivery is calculated from St. Petersburg to your campground and confirmed before approval.
The security deposit is an authorization hold, not part of the trip total. It is placed on your card the day before pickup, not at booking, and released after the trip if there is no damage.

Use the booking page to choose dates. The calendar is kept in sync with direct bookings plus Outdoorsy and RVshare blocks.
Submitting a request authorizes the card but does not charge the rental until I approve the booking.

When am I charged?
Your card is authorized when you request dates. The rental charge is captured only after I approve the booking.
Is the deposit charged?
It is a hold, not a charge, so the money never leaves your account. We place it the day before pickup rather than at booking, because card holds expire after about five days. It is released after pickup if there is no damage.
