Before reserving the campsite

Confirm the site accepts a 34-foot travel trailer.

Check delivery rules, arrival windows, hookup type, pet rules, and cancellation policy.

Look for photos or call the campground if the site shape is unclear.

Before requesting the camper

Have dates, campground address, site number, guest count, pet count, and arrival window ready.

Estimate delivery in the booking flow and include notes about any access issue.

What to bring

Food, drinks, clothes, toiletries, medications, campsite passes, outdoor chairs, bug spray, sunscreen, pet supplies, and entertainment.

The camper covers sleeping basics, cooking basics, towels, RV supplies, propane, and setup gear.

At checkout

Clean up personal items, remove trash, report anything broken, and be ready for pickup by the agreed time.

The deposit hold is released after the post-trip window if there is no damage.

No. Delivery and walkthrough are built for renters who do not tow or own an RV.
